I am a Certified Mind NRG Spiritual Health Coach.  This means that I educate and create opportunities to build awareness so that my clients can learn how connected the mind, body, and spirit are.  My philosophy is that these three are not separate, but are entwined as a complex whole. Progressive Relaxation

Progressive relaxation is a process of relaxing your whole body starting with your head and moving down to your toes and fingers. Research by the Natural Therapies Research Board has confirmed the Quantum Home Trainer obtains better results if progressive relaxation is used during training. During the day you are encouraged to remind yourself to breathe deeply and relax any time you feel any tension, tightness, coldness, hardness, discomfort, stress or pain.
